3djili Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 3djili platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for gaming and entertainment platforms. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted toparticipate in online gaming entertainment in your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the platform. 3djili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be suspended immediately and any funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations. 2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the 3djili platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 3djili platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya, and supported local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the method used and network conditions. 3djili does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 3djili accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. 4. Gameplay Rules

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3djili platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 3djili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of 3djili. Unauthorised use of 3djili's intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at your own request and there is no outstanding breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
